DELIVERY AND RETURN 

Delivery is free for purchases over €150, in metropolitan France. 

In France, delivery is provided by Colissimo service. If the recipient of the order (delivery address) is not present, your package will be left at the postal contact point indicated on the notice left in your mail box. 

Your package will be held for 15 calendar days, starting the day after the notice was dropped off. After this period the package will be returned to us. 

In Europe and international zones, delivery is provided by FedEx or DHL. If the recipient of the order (delivery address) is not present, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox. You will then need to get in touche with the carrier to arrange a new delivery date. It should be noted that is you do not contact the carrier, they will make two delivery attempts, the date and time of which will be determined by the carrier themselves. 

Return

You have a period of fifteen (15) working days from the date you receive your order to return the ordered products. 

Returns must be made strictly according to the procedure described below. This procedure must be fully adhered to.

You must include the completed and printed return form with your package. Log in to your customer account to fill out this form. Without this form, the return will not be acknowledged by Douce Gloire. 
The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with a copy of the invoice. They must be in perfect resale condition. The return address is as follows:

If the conditions mentioned above are met, you will be refunded the total amount, including VAT of the returned products. Your refund will take effect within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the products. You will be refunded with a credit to the bank account debited during the order
